Xfinity Maritime Services maintains dedicated crew pools for crude oil tankers, product tankers, and related vessel types. Every officer and rating in our tanker pool holds valid STCW certificates with appropriate tanker endorsements, and undergoes comprehensive pre-deployment briefing aligned with OCIMF SIRE 2.0 and TMSA Element 3 requirements.
Our tanker crew supply covers the full range of vessel sizes from MR (Medium Range) and LR (Long Range) product tankers through Aframax, Suezmax, and VLCC crude carriers. We provide crews experienced in both clean and dirty petroleum product operations, with particular strength in oil major vetting preparation.
Masters, Chief Officers, and full crew complement for 200,000+ DWT crude carriers. Experience in SBM operations, VLCC-to-VLCC STS transfers, and crude oil washing (COW) procedures.
Officers and ratings for 120,000–200,000 DWT crude and dirty product tankers. Suez Canal transit experience, restricted waters navigation, and cargo heating operations.
Crew for 80,000–120,000 DWT tankers. Lightering operations, short-sea crude trades, and compliance with regional emission control area (ECA) requirements.
Officers with clean and dirty petroleum product handling experience. Multi-grade cargo operations, tank cleaning procedures, and cargo contamination prevention.
Comprehensive pre-deployment briefings covering the competency-based assessment methodology, vessel-specific procedures, emergency response scenarios, and direct interview preparation for OCIMF inspections.
Crews trained to meet the vetting standards of Shell, BP, Chevron, TotalEnergies, ExxonMobil, and other major oil companies. TMSA Element 3 alignment and MESQAC awareness.
Practical competence in inert gas systems, crude oil washing, tank cleaning, cargo measurement, and ullage/temperature monitoring. Experience with ODME and IOPP compliance.
