Vessel Types Covered

Capesize Bulk Carriers

Masters and officers for 100,000+ DWT vessels in major iron ore and coal trades. Experience with cape routing, heavy weather navigation, and high-volume loading/discharge operations.

Panamax / Kamsarmax

Crew for 65,000–82,000 DWT vessels trading grain, coal, and mineral cargoes. Panama Canal transit experience, draught survey competence, and multi-port discharge operations.

Supramax / Ultramax

Officers and ratings for 50,000–65,000 DWT geared bulkers. Crane operations expertise, minor bulk and project cargo experience, and versatile multi-commodity trading knowledge.

Handysize Bulk Carriers

Crew for 15,000–40,000 DWT vessels. Regional and coastal trading experience, port flexibility, and expertise in handling diverse cargo types including agricultural products and minor bulks.

Key Competencies

IMSBC Code Knowledge

Thorough understanding of International Maritime Solid Bulk Cargoes Code requirements including cargo group classification, moisture content testing, transportable moisture limits (TML), and cargo liquefaction risks.

Cargo Care & Hold Preparation

Experience in hold cleaning standards for grain loading, hatch cover testing, ventilation management, and cargo condition monitoring during ocean passages.

Heavy Weather Operations

Officers with demonstrated experience in heavy weather routing, parametric rolling awareness, structural stress monitoring, and cargo shift prevention in adverse sea conditions.
